Delivery
All orders are shipped by 1st Class Air Mail and should not take more than 5 days in most cases although one or two countries may take a little longer
Customers who have not received their goods after 10 days should contact us so that we can investigate the reasons why the goods have not been delivered.
Guarantee
All replacement remote control handsets are fully guaranteed for 12 Months from the date of purchase against failure due to a manufacturing fault.
This guarantee does not cover damage to or failure of the handset caused by the purchaser.
In the unlikely event of a claim under guarantee, simply return the remote control to us
with the purchase details and we will repair or exchange it without delay.
If on receipt the remote control ordered from us fails to operate your equipment
based on the correct model number being ordered, you are welcome to return it to us for either a full refund or an different make remote control (if available) within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Cancellation
Customers wishing to return their purchase for reasons other than our guarantee terms, under the current EU 7 day right to cancel legislation must arrange the return at their own expense ensuring the goods are properly packaged, within the 7 day period following receipt of the goods
It is advised that a proof of posting or recorded delivery is obtained when returning the goods as well as notifying us that this option is being exercised by e-mail.
Refunds
In the event of a refund being required it is company policy to issue refunds within 2 working days following receipt by us of the returned goods.
Refunds will be in respect of the purchase price of the goods ordered from ourselves and will not take into account any post & packing charges incurred by returning the goods.
Refunds will take the form in which the purchase was made initially.
Customer Care
Our customer service staff endeavour to respond to all enquiries, quotations or complaints as soon as possible, and always within two working days.
In the unlikely event that this time scale is exceeded please contact us again in case there is a communication problem.
Our terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights as a consumer

If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
